Newsletter #70 -- Liquid Kre-Alkalyn Creatine (3-28-09)Hello Everyone, I hope all is well with you. I have been selling sports nutrition supplements for 13 years. I have sold vitamins, minerals, aminos, protein, meal-replacement powders, prohormones, herbs, sports bars and drinks, and a whole lot more. Even after all these years I have a new supplement in stock, which I am currently selling, that I was excited about getting in -- not because I was excited about selling it, but because I was excited about taking it myself. 
The product is Liquid Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. I was given a sample of this from one of my manufacturers and I took it before a few workouts and really liked it. I felt a real surge of energy and strength that was very quick and long lasting throughout my entire workouts. I have no doubt that the product helped fuel the workouts and made the workouts better than they would have been without taking it. I have been selling Kre-Alkalyn Creatine in a powder and capsule form for some time now. Kre-Alkalyn Creatine is definitely the superior form of creatine. You don’t have to take as much and you get better results. Kre-Alkalyn Creatine gets more water into muscle cells (and does it faster) than normal creatine. The new liquid form of Kre-Alkalyn Creatine is stable in water. This means it does not convert to creatinine in water, like normal creatine does. You don’t want that. Creatinine does not do you any good. Liquid Kre-Alkalyn Creatine provides a quicker delivery system, plus I believe it is even more potent than the powder form of Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. There are only a few good liquid forms of any kind of creatine on the market. Most liquid forms of any type of creatine convert into creatinine and do not work. Liquid Kre-Alkalyn Creatine does not convert into creatinine and definitely works! I take 2 TBS before workouts. This is a very high dosage. I weigh 315lbs so I feel I need the higher dosage. Plus, I only take it on workout days, but I workout almost every day. If you weight less than 215lbs, you can take only .5 TBS per day and get great results. If you weigh between 215lbs and 275lbs, 1 TBS would probably be best for you. If you are over 275lbs, 1.5 TBS should produce great results. The liquid comes out of the container easily into a tablespoon and you just swallow it. That’s it. It is that easy. It tastes good also. It comes in Lemon Drop and Citrus Orange. I actually crave the stuff and when it hits my tongue I know it is time to get after it and go hit the weights. I don’t believe a loading phase is necessary with Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. I also don’t think you will get better results from taking more than 2 TBS in a 24 hour period. The only exception to this would be if you were going to do a long distance endurance event, over a long period of time, like run a marathon. In this case you would benefit from taking up to 4 TBS, before and during the event. You can also experiment with taking a low dosage on non-workout days and a higher dosage on workout days. This seems to work really well for some people. Kre-Alkalyn Creatine is safe for everybody. Women and teens can take Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. The supplement volumizes muscle cells and increases strength, pumps and muscular endurance. When you take it you get stronger and you can workout harder and longer than you could otherwise. Over time, this will translate into solid muscle gains, whether you keep taking the supplement or not.
