Tips For Supplement Use
Taking HICA-C is easy. Just take your daily dosage (1-3 capsules depending on where you are in the cycle) spread throughout the day, with 1 capsule always being taken before training.

With the 100% Whey Protein take 1 scoop/twice or three times daily (depending on where you are in the cycle) (2 or 3 scoops total per day). The best time to take a scoop is right after a workout. Also right before bed and when you get up in the morning are great. Most importantly, remember to get in at least 2 or 3 scoops daily, preferably in 2 or 3 different dosages.

We recommend you take the Kre-Alkalyn® Creatine in the following manner. If it is a workout day, mix between 1 to 3 scoops (depending on where you are in the cycle) of Kre-Alkalyn® Creatine with a sports drink like Gatorade, Powerade, Electroade, etc. I like to mix about 16 ounces of liquid, but just make sure you get between 1 to 3 scoops (depending on where you are in the cycle) of Kre-Alkalyn® Creatine in there. Then I start sipping on the bottle right before my workout, drink it all through my workout and then finish it right after my workout. This is the best way to take it. If you don't workout on a given day, still take between 1 to 3 scoops (depending on where you are in the cycle) of Kre-Alkalyn® Creatine, but just mix it with water on non-workout days. (We recommend 4-8 ounces of water when taking it alone without a sports drink.) This is because there is only one time you want an influx of extra sugar (the sugar from the sports drink) and that is before, during and after a workout. *Please note that during the 8-Week Starter Stack there are some weeks when you will take more Kre-Alkalyn® Creatine than the 1 scoop per day recommended on the bottle.
