THE 15 WEEK SWARD’S STACK!
-------------------------------------
I’m often asked what supplements I take and exactly how I take them. I use every supplement I sell. If I don’t believe in a supplement and I wouldn’t or haven’t used it myself, I will not sell it. That is what makes me stand out from my competitors. I am not a large, unattached supplement company. I’m a guy just like you, who is interested in one thing — building a more muscular, lean, hard body and increasing my strength.
I don’t just talk the talk. I walk the walk. I train hard, I eat right, I get plenty of rest and I use the quality, effective supplements I sell. I realize that training, diet and rest are the cornerstones of any successful attempt to build lean muscle and strength, but above and beyond that, the use of the quality supplements I sell helps me get more results from the time I spend training.
Supplements also vastly improve my diet and help me get maximum efficiency from my rest periods. I call the supplements I am currently taking The 15 Week Sward’s Stack and I will lay out the what and how of using them as I breakdown the three import components of my attempt to build lean muscle and strength.
As I alluded to above, the three main components of any successful attempt to build lean muscle and strength are: 1) training, 2) diet and 3) rest. Think of it as a pyramid and each of these components are points on that pyramid. Each one is equally important and each one must be approached with maximum focus, efficiency and intensity to get maximum results.
Let’s break down each component of the pyramid, and examine how supplementation can improve the efficiency of each one, allowing us to get the maximum results from our training, diet and rest.
First let’s talk training. I want you to approach training from the aspect of focusing on getting maximum results. When you go to the weight room, or utilize whatever exercise regiment you choose, remember you are doing it for one main reason — to get results!
You go to the gym not to do the action of lifting the weights, but to get results from that action. I am not saying you can’t enjoy training. It is great if you do, but the main reason you are there is not just to do the action of pushing weights around, it is to build the lean, muscular and strong body you desire.
So approach your training in a way that is effective, focused and intense. Do the actions that are going to produce the maximum results. If, in your current state of development, you would obtain maximum benefits from only training three days a week, because you need the time to recover, why train six days a week? What’s the point? So you can go in and push weights around? No. You only want to do the actions that produce the maximum results. If you would best benefit from doing one exercise per body part per workout, why do three? If you would best benefit from doing six sets per exercise, why do twelve? Keep focusing on the results, not the action of training.
Well you might say, I don’t know what is the best workout routine for me to achieve maximum results. Since I don’t know you personally and I don’t know your story, I can only tell you how I approach training and hopefully my experience and insight will help you come up with the training routine that is best for you. I do hope that someday I get a chance to meet you and know you, but until then check out the workout routine I’ve perfected over the years.

I encourage you to visit or revisit this link and consider utilizing this workout. I lift weights every other day. On my off days I do cardio. I feel that, to achieve maximum results, I need that day of rest from weight lifting, every other day, to allow my body to recover. My workouts are very short (about 45 minutes to 1 hour) but very intense. When I leave the gym I am totally spent and I need a day of rest to recover before I hit it again. Remember, you don’t build muscle and strength in the gym. In the gym you are actually tearing down your muscles. You need time to rest to allow the muscles to recover before you go at it again.
How does supplementation tie into the training component of the pyramid? The use of the quality supplements I sell helps my mind be more focused and my body to have more energy so that I can workout with maximum intensity and effort.
I am currently on a 15-week pyramid cycle of both
3,6,17-Androstenetrione and EstroBlock™. These great products help my body increase its natural production of testosterone. Many of you already know how powerful higher testosterone levels can be in the gym. When I am on 3,6,17-androstenetrione and EstroBlock™ I train at a whole new level. It is like night and day. I can attack heavier and heavier weights and it is like there is no stopping me. If you haven’t tried these products, I highly recommend them. You will be amazed at the increased focus and energy you will feel in your training sessions.
What about diet? Remember, this second component of the pyramid is just as important as training. You can have the greatest training regiment, but if you don’t apply the same focus and efficiency to your diet, you are not going to get maximum results.
About two months ago, I sent out an issue of my e-mail newsletter titled “Eating To Build Lean Muscle & Strength”.
http://www.houseofmuscle.com/ne26eatobule.html
I suggest you visit or revisit that e-mail. The main thing is, just as with training, to stay focused on results. I am not saying you can’t enjoy food, but remember the main reason you are eating is to feed the machine. You want to approach your diet in a regimented, structured fashion.
For the next 15 weeks, while I am doing the training program I alluded to above and taking the quality supplements I am outlining here, I am also going to make a focused and concerted effort to eat right. “Right” means small, frequent meals throughout the day (at least six), lots of high quality protein, good, low glycemic carbs for constant blood sugar and energy flows, and limited fats (only those with good, essential fatty acids). Again, refer to the link above for more details on successful dieting to build lean muscle and strength.
Well how does supplementation tie into the diet component of the pyramid? Simple — it vastly improves it. Supplements are macro and micro nutrients that you could never get enough of from a normal diet. Take whey protein for example. I could eat enough protein throughout the day with whole foods, like fish, chicken, eggs, lean red meat, etc., but that is tough. It takes a lot of time and you have to eat a lot of food to do it. Whey protein makes it easy. By utilizing a whey protein supplement, say three times daily, I just improved my diet vastly and made the structure of it maximally effective. (By the way, I am in the process of adding a great whey protein to my supplement line. Release date is expected before the end of the year.)
I am currently taking a 15 week pyramid cycle of the powerful anabolic agent, 17-methyl-dione. This amazing growth agent promotes a positive anabolic environment that works wonders on my diet. It helps keep me in a positive nitrogen balance and allows my body to utilize all the protein I am pumping in with maximum efficiency. If you haven’t tried this amazing product yet, I strongly suggest you do. It will improve your diet immensely and allow you build the lean, muscular body you desire in a way you could never do otherwise.
Well how about the final component of the pyramid — rest. You may say — rest? That’s easy. I am good at rest. No problem there. Well, I want you to approach rest with the same focus and efficiency you do to training and diet. If you don’t, you won’t achieve maximum results. Rest is vitally important. Remember what I said earlier, you grow when you rest, not when you train. If you don’t rest properly you won’t build the lean, muscular and strong body you desire.
Rest is not just about taking time off from training to recover. It is about sleep and stress. You need a good night of uninterrupted sleep to allow your body to totally recover from the intense workouts you are doing and to achieve the maximum results from the nutrients you are putting into your body from your diet. When I am training really hard, I will even take cat naps during the day so I know my body is getting all the rest it needs to grow.
Also, don’t forget about stress. Stress is a killer.
It sparks all kinds of negative hormones that can raise cortisol (which makes you store more fat) and creates a negative nitrogen balance in the body, which definitely will stunt your muscle and strength building efforts. Do everything you can to eliminate stress in your life and avoid negative energy. Only hang out with positive people, take up meditation, and work on deep breathing techniques. Do whatever it takes to get the stress out of your life.
I am currently taking a 15 week pyramid cycle of ZMA Night Growth™. When I take this great supplement, before I go to bed each night, I know that I will be obtaining the maximum benefits from the rest period. Sometimes when I am laying in bed, right before I fall asleep, it is as if I can feel my body growing as the
ZMA Night Growth begins to work its magic. It is great stuff and if you haven’t tried it yet — do!
Well there you have it. I have laid out each of the three important components of the pyramid: 1) training, 2) diet and 3) rest. And in doing so I have also explained how the quality supplements I am currently using allow me to achieve the maximum benefits from each component.
If you are ready to take your efforts — to build the lean, muscular and strong body you desire — to the next level, The 15 Week Sward’s Stack is definitely for you.
As I alluded to above, the stack I am currently taking includes a 15 week pyramid cycle of each of the following supplements: 3,6,17-Androstenetrione, EstroBlock™, 17-Methyl-dione and ZMA Night Growth™. I have a detailed outline of exactly how to take each of these supplements during the 15 week pyramid on my web site.
In order to complete The 15 Week Sward’s Stack, you need four bottles of each of the four supplements. The retail price for these sixteen bottles is $859.84. Currently, each of these products is on sale, so, if you took advantage of my low sale price, your total would be $639.94. I understand, even at my low sale price, this is a major financial commitment, so I am going to make it easier for you.
