Orders inside the United States are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

Orders outside the United States are shipped USPS International First Class or International Priority Mail.

The shipping rate is based on the weight of your order and where it is going. Shipping rates are calculated automatically and will be displayed during our secure online checkout process before you complete the order.

Orders inside the United States usually are shipped out the first business day after we receive the order and arrive in 2-4 business days.

Orders outside the United States usually are shipped out the first business day after we receive the order and arrive in 5-7 business days.

Returns/Exchanges

Products can be returned for an exchange for other products of equal value (minus shipping charges) if they are returned in the exact condition they were shipped to you (unopened, unused and not damaged in any way). The amount you paid in shipping costs to have the product shipped to you and to ship it back to us are not included in the exchange amount. You will be charged shipping costs to send the products you exchange for back to you. You must contact us and get approval from us, before you return any products for exchange. With the exception of this exchange offer, all sales are final.
