Good afternoon fellow members "IN THE HOUSE",
I am moving forward with a new phase in training beginning this week. I have the condition I am looking for with harder muscles and better aesthetics. I have more drag from joint to muscle on my physique, which is fundamental to the package I want to bring. Everything is going according to plan, and I am ahead of schedule with body fat percentage.
I am excited about getting the opportunity to lift heavier weights. Because of the techniques used when I train, I still have great push and phosphagenic power to move great numbers. I'm going to bring down my rep counts because of the heavy weight, yet still train to absolute failure. The only supplements I use are those in the House Of Muscle sports nutrition supplement line. I'm excited to begin to using different House Of Muscle supplements in conjunction with the change in my training to moving heavier weights.
Also, my diet will be changing. I'm going to utilize complex carbs in the morning only, for my first meal of the day. After that meal, my energy sources for the rest of the day will be comprised of fats. Protein will always be higher in ratio but with the stress of new programming, there will be cortisol levels to be considered. I'll have low carb vegetables in the evening for their thermogenic properties and have a carb-up meal twice a week. I am very excited about this strategy -- it's changing a lot and so am I.
I must admit I'm anxious to be on stage. The demand is growing from peers. I listen to advice from my coach and HouseOfMuscle.com and I stick to my plan. But, I do want to get out there and feel the crowd.
As you can see, Ethan is pushing harder than ever to continue to improve his physique.
